In January of 2001, Pastor Phil Cook felt called to Valrico, Florida to start Rich Valley Church. He has a passion to lead people into the presence of God. He and his wife Tina have experience in leading and starting churches, as well as other para-church ministries. He also enjoys speaking into the lives of college students in ministry development. He and Tina have three children David, Kristen, and Sam.
